These Terms govern your use of silveroakways.com and purchases of consulting services from Silveroakways ("Silveroakways"). By using the website, requesting a proposal or contracting a project you agree to them. Effective date: 2026-10-01.

Silveroakways is a business consulting practice. It is not a bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser, law firm or accounting firm, and it does not sell financial products.

Who may contract with us

You must be 18 years of age or older and have authority to contract on behalf of the company you represent.

Our ads and website are addressed to business owners, executives and managers; they are not directed to minors.

What we sell and how it is delivered

We provide consulting projects that may include strategic diagnosis, financial planning, organization of internal processes, leadership mentoring and follow-up on the execution of expansion plans.

Every engagement is personalized: the proposal sets out the scope, the schedule of periodic meetings and the specific deliverables (reports, plans, spreadsheets, process documents) you will receive.

Meetings are held in person at or remotely by video call, as agreed with you. Nothing is shipped physically — see our Shipping Policy.

Proposals, prices and payment

The full price of a project, including the number of meetings and deliverables covered, is presented in writing in the proposal and on the checkout page before you confirm and pay. There are no hidden fees, activation fees or amounts added after payment.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include the charges described there. Taxes, when applicable, are shown before payment.

We do not operate subscriptions, memberships or automatic renewals: you are charged only the amounts expressly accepted in the proposal, on the payment dates stated there. No recurring charge is made to your card without a new, explicit authorization.

An order is confirmed when payment is approved. We may cancel orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud and refund any amount paid.

Scheduling, rescheduling and your responsibilities

After purchase or signature of the proposal we contact you to schedule the kickoff and the calendar of periodic meetings.

Either side may ask to reschedule a meeting with reasonable notice; we will offer the next available slot.

The quality of a diagnosis depends on the information you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data, documents and figures you share, and for the decisions your company takes. Implementation of any recommendation is yours.

Intellectual property and confidentiality

All content on the website belongs to Silveroakways or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Methodologies, templates and frameworks used in a project remain ours; you receive a license to use the deliverables inside your own company.

We treat the information you share about your business as confidential and do not disclose it without your written authorization, except when required by law.

No guarantee of results

Results depend on individual factors; we do not promise specific outcomes.

We make no promise of revenue growth, profit, cost reduction, funding or any earnings figure. Any number mentioned on this site or in our ads is illustrative and not a projection of what your company will achieve.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or business decisions taken based on our recommendations.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.
