Information we collect

Information you give us: name, e-mail, phone, company name and role, billing address when you contract a project, and the messages you send us through forms, e-mail, WhatsApp or phone.

Information you share inside a consulting engagement: financial statements, budgets, process maps, org charts, commercial figures and any other business document you upload or send us so we can prepare your diagnosis and deliverables.

Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, pages visited, which ad or link brought you here, cookies and similar technologies.

Information from payment processors: confirmation that a payment was approved, the last digits and brand of the card. We do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

To answer your request and prepare a proposal; to schedule and run the periodic meetings of your project; to produce and send the agreed deliverables; to issue invoices and process payments.

To send transactional messages (meeting confirmations, documents, receipts), to improve the website, to prevent fraud and to comply with legal obligations.

With your consent where required, to send marketing e-mails and to measure the performance of our ads on Google, Meta, TikTok and native networks. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in the e-mail or by writing to [email protected].

Cookies, pixels and advertising

Google: we use Google Analytics to measure traffic and Google Ads conversion tags and remarketing cookies, which may show you our ads on Google Search, YouTube and the Display Network after you visit silveroakways.com.

Meta: we use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API (server-side). These tools send events such as "page view", "contact form submitted" or "purchase", plus technical identifiers and, when available, hashed contact data for matching. We never send health data, medical conditions or any special category of personal data to Meta.

TikTok: we use the TikTok Pixel to measure clicks and conversions from TikTok Ads.

Native networks: we use the Taboola, Outbrain and NewsBreak cookies and conversion pixels to measure campaigns published on their publisher networks.

No confidential client document, financial statement or project deliverable is ever shared with any advertising platform. You can manage cookies in your browser settings, reject non-essential cookies in our banner, and opt out of interest-based ads in each platform's own ad settings (Google Ads Settings, Meta Ad Preferences, TikTok Ad Settings, Taboola/Outbrain/NewsBreak opt-out pages).

Confidentiality of your business data

Documents and figures shared during a diagnostic, financial plan or mentoring session are treated as confidential and used only to deliver your project.

We do not use client financial data for advertising, do not build audiences from it and do not publish any client case without written authorization.

Silveroakways does not provide health, medical or psychological services and does not collect health information.

Sharing

We share information only with providers that help us operate: website hosting, payment processing, e-mail and video-meeting tools, document storage, accounting and analytics. They act under contract and only on our instructions.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to defend our legal rights, and in a business transfer such as a merger or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the measurement cookies described above.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California and other U.S. states), you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt out of targeted advertising.

Retention and security

We keep contact and billing records only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by tax and accounting law.

Project files and client documents are kept for the duration of the engagement and the period needed to support it afterwards; you may ask us to delete them earlier where no legal obligation requires retention.

We protect information with reasonable technical and organizational measures, including access control and encrypted connections.

Our services and purchases are intended for people aged 18 or over acting for a business.

Our website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
